USP Marine Tuning High-Flow Boost Pipe Kit for Mercury Verado 350-400

Description

The factory boost pipe on the Verado 350-400 is plastic, narrow, and a known boost leak culprit. The USP Marine High-Flow Boost Pipe Kit replaces it entirely with mandrel-bent 2.5" aluminum tubing and 4-ply stepped silicone couplers — the same construction we use in our 1000HP automotive turbo builds. We also include the damage-prone factory coupler between the boost valve and intake manifold, one of the most common and hardest-to-diagnose leak points on these engines. The result is a boost leak-free setup, improved airflow, and a clean wrinkle black powder coat finish that looks factory-plus.
