The Flo-Torq SSR HD Hub Kit is built for high-output performance, designed to fit Mercury FourStroke outboards from 200 hp to 400 hp with 1.25" diameter propeller shafts. Engineered with Quicksilver’s advanced Soft-Shift Rubber (SSR) technology, it significantly reduces noise, vibration, and harshness during shifting—cutting shift event noise by 22–23% and virtually eliminating the shift “clunk.”

This hub kit is ideal for heavy-duty applications, delivering smooth power transfer and enhanced drivetrain protection from impact damage. It’s also compatible with most Quicksilver and Mercury interchangeable hub systems.

Kit includes:

• SSR drive sleeve

• Three-washer set (standard washer, thick washer, and cupped Belleville washer)

• Tabbed lock washer

• Locking prop nut

Installation is quick and simple using the Quicksilver Floating Prop Wrench and Prop Block, or with standard shop tools.
